This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-07 (effective August 10, 2022). The solicitation number is 140P8522Q0038 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial services contract. Delivery is required by November 31, 2022. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and the NAICS code is 334220 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) based on price and technical capability.
