The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Certified Weed-Free Alfalfa Hay to two (2) locations within the Park located in Mariposa County, California. See attached Statement of Work for the full requirement. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-04 (effective January 30, 2022). The solicitation number is 140P8522Q0007 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial services contract. The performance period is from May 1, 2022 to October 5, 2022. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and the NACIS code is 111940 with an associated small business size standard of $1 million in average annual receipts. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) based on price.
