The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for the removal and disposal of biosolids (sludge) from the El Portal Wastewater Treatment Plant located at El Portal, California, in Mariposa County. The El Portal Wastewater Treatment Plant is located on Highway 140, just west of the Yosemite National Park boundary. See attached Statement of Work for the full requirement. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-02 (effective January 14, 2022). The solicitation number is 140P8522Q0005 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial services contract. The performance period includes a one-year base and four (4) one-year options. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and the NACIS code is 562219 with an associated small business size standard of $41.5 million in average annual receipts. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) based on price.
