This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140P8521Q0041 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses attached are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-7. This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502-2, and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 with a business size standard of 1,250 employees. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed the on-line Representations & Certifications at www.sam.gov to qualify for award. _____________________________________________________________________________________ The requirement is the Purchase of one (1) terrestrial laser scanner for National Park Service - Pu`ukohola Heiau National Historic Site - Kawaihae, HI The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
