The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for repair of a Card Access Control System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06 (effective July 12, 2021). The solicitation number is 140P8521Q0040, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 541519 with an associated small business size standard of $30.0 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2 and will result in a firm-fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Besides the SF-18 solicitation form, there is one attachment; Attachment 01 (DOL Wage Determination). The government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
