Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for 144 tons of brand name Park Tread or equivalent trail tread material. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-05 (effective March 10, 2021). The solicitation number is 140P8521Q0025 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial item supply purchase order. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and the NAICS code is 325998 with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
