This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. 140P8521Q0013 has been issued as a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items supply contract for certified weed free alfalfa hay to be delivered to two sites at Yosemite National Park. The required delivery date(s) varies per site, see solicitation for details. The delivery locations and place of acceptance are 1) Yosemite Valley, NPS Corrals, 9000 Lost Arrow Drive, Building 514, Yosemite, CA 95389 and 2) Tuolumne Meadows, NPS Corrals, 9043 Tuolumne Lodge Road, Building 3003, Yosemite, CA 95389, F.O.B. Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03 dated February 16, 2021. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ¿ Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation ¿ Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Past Performance. Offerors are advised to submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ¿ Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ¿ Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders ¿ Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This requirement is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 311119 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The basis of award is the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
