Notice: 100% set-aside under the Total Small Business Procurement Program, in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of propane to 354 National Park Service (NPS) owned tanks at more than 100 individual locations throughout Yosemite National Park. Reference the Scope of Work within Section C of the Request for Quotation for full requirement. The performance period includes a one-year base and four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-07 (effective July 2, 2020). The solicitation number is 140P8520Q0024, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 211130 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price, with economic price adjustment, purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Besides the SF-18 solicitation form, there are four attachments; Attachment 01 (Tank List), Attachment 02 (Quote/Pricing Sheet, Attachment 03 (DOL Wage Determination), and Attachment 04 (Experience and Past Performance Form). The government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers and are listed in order of descending importance: price, technical capability and past performance. Evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are approximately equal to price. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON Thursday, August 10, 2020. Only emailed quotes will be accepted.
