Recycle Disposable LPG Cylinders Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for Pick up, Transport, Evacuation and Recycling of Disposable 1 LB Propane Cylinders located in El Portal, California. The resulting award will be one base year with four option year periods dependent upon funding. The performance period includes a one-year base and 4 one-year term options. Reference the Scope of Work within Section C of the Request for Quotation for full requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05 (effective March 30, 2020). The solicitation number is 140P8520Q0011, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 562219 with an associated small business size standard of $41.5 million dollars in average annual receipts. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Besides the SF-18 solicitation form, there are three attachments; Attachment 01 (DOL Wage Determination), Attachment 02 (Quote/Pricing Sheet), and Attachment 03 (Experience and Past Performance Form). The government intends to award a single, firm fixed price purchase order order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical capability and past performance.
