This is a notification that the site visit scheduled for May 25, 2020 has been cancelled due to Yosemite National Park closures and limited operations in relation to COVID-19 preventive measures. As a result, the solicitation is hereby cancelled. The Government intends to reissue the solicitation in the future Notice: 100% set-aside under the Total Small Business Procurement Program, in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for replacement of (16) HVAC units at apartment complexes 743 and 744 located in El Portal, California. Reference the Scope of Work within Section C of the Request for Quotation for full requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04 (effective January 15, 2020). The solicitation number is 140P8520Q0010, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 238220 with an associated small business size standard of $16.5 million dollars in average annual receipts. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Besides the SF-18 solicitation form, there are three attachments; Attachment 01 (DOL Wage Determination), Attachment 02 (Quote/Pricing Sheet), and Attachment 03 (Experience and Past Performance Form). The government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical capability and past performance. Evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are approximately equal to price. A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 10:00am meeting at 5083 Foresta Rd., El Portal, CA, 95318. See Section L for more information. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 2:00 P.M.
