Part 2: Changes the Statement of Work (SOW) for apartment building #746. The current SOW requires the contractor to install heat pumps on building #746. This amendment changes that requirement to: Replacing the existing LPG powered furnace with 96% high efficiency furnace. The ventilation for the new furnace shall be replaced with PVC vent pipe to meet industry standards. The contractor shall replace all gas flex lines and valves associated with the new furnace. All other requirements remain the unchanged.
