This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140P8519Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses attached are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 (1/19/2017).
