Z--Rehab Power and Cooling Systems, Pinnacles NP
The National Park Service requires a contractor to replace the photovoltaic system and rehabilitate the cooling systems at the maintenance and housing area of Pinnacles National Park in California. The work is necessary because the current systems are deficient, creating health and safety issues and impacting visitor facilities. The government anticipates work starting between July and August 2026 and being completed by January or February 2027. This is a total small business set-aside, and the government seeks offers with a total price between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The project includes extensive work on power, chiller, electrical, and civil systems.
