This amendment to a National Park Service requirement at Lava Beds National Monument covers removal of about 185 linear feet of existing black iron fire suppression piping and replacement with a new CPVC fire sprinkler system, including a 1-inch riser, 13 sprinkler heads, antifreeze, a 1-gallon expansion tank, and a 1-inch double check backflow preventer, plus testing, flushing, certification, and cleanup. Amendment No. 01 revises the solicitation’s Terms, Clauses, and Provisions to change the evaluation factor from “California Contractor State License” to “Contractor State License,” allowing any state contractor license. The revised Attachment 1 updates Sections V and VI and replaces the prior “Attachment 1 Revised Terms Clauses Provisions” dated 8/20/26 with “Amendment 1 Attachment 1 Revised Terms Clauses Provisions.” Performance is at Lava Beds National Monument for the National Park Service.
