This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 (effective 08/07/2025). This solicitation is a Request for Quotations, numbered 140P8325Q0101. The NAICS code is 327320, Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing, with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is for a service, is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. DESCRIPTION: National Park Service, Lava Beds National Monument (LABE) has a requirement multiple deliveries of 80 cubic yards of ready mix/transmit mixed concrete, including delivery area of Tule Lake National Monument as part of LABE. Deliveries to occur between end of Sept/early Oct 2025 through December 2025. NOTE: This description is only a brief summary.
