The purpose of this amendment is to notify interested parties - 1. There will be a second scheduled site visit on Monday, August 4 at 9 am. Meet at the Visitor Center entrance at 1901 Spinnaker Drive, Ventura, CA. 2. The estimated square footage (SF) of the areas to be cleaned daily is 2,268 SF. The area to be cleaned once weekly is 4,332 SF. 3. A revised statement of work is attached. 4. The response date is extended to August 6. The National Park Service (NPS) at Channel Islands National Park (CHIS) has a requirement for daily janitorial services at the Ventura, California headquarters. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333310, with a corresponding small business size standard of $22 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Quotations are solicited only from small business concerns. Quotations received from concerns that are not small business concerns will not be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. Evaluation for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Part 13.106. The Government anticipates issuing an order resulting from this request for quotation to the responsible quoter whose quotation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. See Attachment 1: Statement of Work, for a detailed description of the requirement. Refer to provisions and clauses and other attachments for additional information about this requirement and instructions on how to submit a quotation. Submit questions only through email to the person identified in Section III B(a). Quotations must be received in their entirety via email as instructed in Section III B(g) no later than the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449.
