This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotes for the National Park Service, Pinnacles National Park, for the leasing of propane tanks and the supply and delivery of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG or propane) to the leased propane tanks as well as the NPS-owned tanks. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 2: This amendment no. 2 is issued for the purpose of replacing Terms, Provisions, Clauses, replacing the Quote Sheet, Replacing the Statement of Work, and extend the response date of the solicitation. (NEW) Solicitation Terms, Provisions, and Clauses document that was attached to the SF-18 Request for Quotations form, is hereby replaced by new Attachment no. 6. Within this document, all revisions are made in red text for easy identification throughout the document. (NEW) The Quote Sheet that was Attachment no. 1 is hereby replaced by new Attachment no. 7, an Excel worksheet that includes built-in formulas so be sure to read the upper info section prior to filling in unit pricing, and fill in lower section as well for quoter¿s name, contact info, etc. Of note, quoters shall fill in their unit prices as firm-fixed prices that will held at the same unit price for the duration of the twelve (12) month long award period of performance from August 18, 2025 to July 31, 2026. (NEW) The Statement of Work that was Attachment no. 5 is hereby replaced by new Attachment no. 8. Within this document all revisions are included in red text for easy identification throughout the document. Of note, the period of performance dates are changed to August 18, 2025 to July 31, 2026, with the first delivery of propane to occur between August 18th and 29th 2025. Please read the info at top of the Excel worksheet before filling in pricing. (NEW) The date when quotes are due is changed from 4pm (PDT) on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 to 4pm (PDT) on Monday, August 11, 2025. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS: Quoters shall fill in boxes 15a through 15c on the SF-30 amendment form for this Amendment 2 and submit with Quote to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
