This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO) remove and replace solar panels. The purpose of this Amendment no. 0002 is to provide all interested parties with additional information about the solar panels as a follow-on to Q&A Question 7 posted in Amendment 1. The response date is not extended. Quotes are still due by 4pm (PDT) on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Quote shall be emailed ONLY to the Contracting Officer, Phaedra Fuller, at Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. ADDITIONAL SOLAR PANEL INFORMATION: (1) The solar panels each measure 32x64. (2) There are 90 panels on Building 24 and 124 panels on Building 23. (3) From a sticker/label attached to the solar panels, the label provides the following additional information about the panels: (3.1) The panels are by SolarWorld, Sunmodule SW165P mono /P. (3.2) Maximum Power: 165WATT. (3.3) Maximum System Open Circuit Voltage: 600V. (3.4) Fire Rating: Class C. (3.5) Field Wiring: Copper only, 14 AWG MIN, Insulated for 90 degrees Celsius MIN. (3.6) Short Circuit Current: 5.3A. Rated Current: 4.8A. (3.7) Open Circuit Voltage: 43.3V. Rated Voltage: 34.4V. (3.8) Series Fuse: 15A. (3.9) Bypass Diode: Installation Guide 028975. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENT: Fill in boxes 15a through 15c on the Standard Form 30 (SF-30) amendment form. THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE DOES NOT CONTAIN FULL DETAILS OF THE SOLICITATION.
