Quoters must acknowledge all three amendments using one of the methods set forth in Block 11 of the amendment, Standard Form 30. Amendment 2 extended the due date for quote packages due to the SAM.gov outage. Amendment 1 corrected the contact information for questions and site visits. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order for a base period plus four option periods resulting from this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238220, with a corresponding size standard of $19 million. Quotations are solicited only from Small Business Concerns. See Attachment 1: Statement of Work, for a detailed description of the requirement. Evaluation for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Part 13.106.
