Amends the Statement of Work to clarify that Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance is not included in the scope of the requirement. This solicitation is for alarm monitoring services only. See the Statement of Work Rev. 1 for details. 2. Amends the Provisions and Clauses Section to include FAR 52.215-22 and 52.215-23, incorporated by reference. Quoters are reminded to acknowledge this amendment using one of the methods set forth in Block 11 of the amendment, Standard Form 30. The response date is not extended. Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO), located in Northern California, has a requirement for 24-hour continuous alarm monitoring and notification services for multiple fire and intrusion alarm systems by a licensed and certified central station. The anticipated period of performance for the base year of this service agreement is February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025, with options for four additional years. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed-price purchase order resulting from this request for quotations.
