All rock to be virgin material ONLY (no recycled content) from a certified weed-free quarry. Material must meet California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Standard Specifications for aggregate bases. Weed-free quarry name and location must be specified on quote. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
