Construct F Ranch Resource Protection Fencing, Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin County, California. The National Park Service at Point Reyes National Seashore has a requirement for the installation of resource protection fencing. Work includes the installation of 1,425 linear feet of new 4-wire fencing with double-stranded braided barbed and smooth wire, galvanized t-posts, and untreated wood post for H-braces and line posts. The fence will include 1 barbed wire gate and 2 pedestrian gates. The project location is along the south end of F Ranch, near the end of Bull Point Trail within Point Reyes National Seashore. Work may also include the optional repair of approximately 395 linear feet of existing fencing. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation.
