The estimated Period of Performance is amended as well. The National Park Service (NPS), Yosemite National Park (YOSE), has a requirement for a dispatch system, a commercial product. The Primary 911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) Emergency Communications Center (ECC) is replacing seven console positions with an Advanced Communications System (ACOM). The Government contemplates award of a firm, fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. This acquisition is unrestricted, meaning not set-aside for small business concerns (both small and large businesses may participate/submit a quotation).
