AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional information in response to questions from interested vendors. See Sections C and L; changes are in bold font. The response date is extended. The National Park Service (NPS) has a requirement for bulk regular unleaded and clear diesel fuel delivered to above ground storage tanks and fuel tanker truck located at the Mineral Headquarters, Southwest Entrance, and Manzanita Lake fueling sites for Lassen Volcanic National Park. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 140P8422Q0010 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 324199, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. In accordance with the attached Statement of Work, the Contractor shall deliver fuel to three locations in or near Lassen Volcanic National Park. See Section C for description and locations. CLIN DESCRIPTION 10 Gasoline, Regular Unleaded; EST. QUANTITY 4,000 GALLONS 20 Diesel Fuel, CARB, ULSD, Clear; EST. QUANTITY 14,000 GALLONS QUOTE PACKAGES ARE DUE FEBRUARY 5, 2022 BY 4 PM PST. SEE SECTION L FOR MORE INFORMATION. CONTRACTORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE THIS AMENDMENT BY SIGNING AND RETURNING THE SF30. Contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a small business. Award will be based on the Best Value to the government, pursuant to the evaluation criteria contained in Section M of this solicitation.
