The purpose of this amendment is to correct the warranty period in Section 7 of the attached Statement of Work. Changes are in Bold Font. NOTICE: 100% SET-ASIDE UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS PROCUREMENT PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS 19.502-2 The National Park Service (NPS), Pinnacles National Park, has a requirement for rodent exclusion services for fourteen administrative buildings, three comfort stations and the Bear Gulch Nature Center located in Pinnacles National Park. This project is in the East District of Pinnacles National Park, San Benito County, California. In accordance with the attached Statement of Work, the contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, materials and supplies necessary to perform rodent exclusion services in accordance with the guidelines established by the National Park Service, Federal, State and Local Government laws, rules, and regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 561710, and the small business size standard is $11.0 Million. Contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a small business. Award will be based on the Best Value to the government, pursuant to the evaluation criteria contained in Section M of this solicitation.
