The National Park Service at Crater Lake National Park has a requirement for the annual inspection and testing of an underground fuel system at Cleetwood Cove. The system is used for transferring gasoline from the parking lot at the rim to the lakeshore for boat operations. This is a solicitation for fuel system testing, a commercial service, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140P8421Q0044 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 as of March 10, 2021. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System Code is 238990 with an associated small business size standard of $16.5 million in average annual receipts. Quotations are requested via this notice only. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ.
