This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for crushing and screening rocky material, a commercial item, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition FAC 2020-07 as of July 2, 2020. The solicitation number is 140P8420Q0088 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System Code is 212319 with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. Quotations are requested via this notice only. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ. DESCRIPTION: The work consists of crushing and screening approximately 10,000 to 12,000 cubic yards of rocky material on site at Pole Bridge Creek Quarry in Crater Lake National Park. Project will require an excavator mounted hammer for boulder reduction. Contractor to provide crusher/screen loading operations. Produced materials are to be stockpiled on site by park personnel.
