This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the rental of two Dump Trucks, commercial items, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition FAC 2020-06 as of June 5, 2020. The solicitation number is 140P8420Q0076 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System Code is 532120 with an associated small business size standard of $41.5 million in average annual receipts. Quotations are requested via this notice only. The Government intends to award one or more firm fixed-price contract(s). The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ.
