THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. Craters of the Moon National Monument Arco, Idaho Project Title: Installation of New Exterior Operable Windows – Craters of the Moon National This project involves the installation of three (3) new exterior windows in three individual offices within a building at Craters of the Moon National Monument. These offices currently do not have exterior windows. The work will require cutting new openings in the existing exterior brick wall and installing new, energy-efficient operable sliding windows, in accordance with applicable building codes and National Park Service (NPS) facility standards. Site Preparation, Brick Wall Modification, Window Installation, Cleanup and Site Restoration Deliverables: The Contractor shall provide the following upon completion: • Installation of three operable sliding windows meeting all project specifications. • Manufacturer product specifications, warranties, and maintenance instructions. Period of Performance: 7/01/2025-9/30/2025 The NAICS code is 238990: All Other Specialty Trade Contractors $ 19.0. OR any relate NACIS code. 236118, 238130. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated: Less than $25,000. The solicitation, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about MAY 1st, 2025 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on SAM MAY 1st, 2025, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted. All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
