This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. The synopsis/solicitation reference number is 140P8324Q0090 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for multiple deliveries of certified weed-free hay. Please see the solicitation, Attachment 1 Statement of Work, and Attachment 2 Forms to Return with Quotation for more details. This procurement is a Total Small Business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 111940, Hay Farming, with a size standard of $2.5 million. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order to a single vendor as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. SAM Requirement: Your company must be registered as a small business in System for Award Management (SAM) for NAICS 111940 at the time of quote submittal, at award, and through the entire contract performance.
