This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. The synopsis/solicitation reference number is 140P8324Q0030 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is a Total Small Business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561720, Custodial Services, with a size standard of $22 million. Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contract shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Custodial and Ground Care Services for Nez Perce National Historical Park at (1) Canoe Camp Site in Orofino, Idaho, (2) Heart of the Monster Site in Kamiah, Idaho, and (3) White Bird Battlefield Site in White Bird, Idaho. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order to a single vendor as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
