This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. The synopsis/solicitation reference number is 140P8324Q0028 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is a Total Small Business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard of $25 million. General Description of Requirement: Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, travel, parts, and materials necessary to properly inspect, test, and maintain (ITM) fire detection and notification systems and their components and security systems at Olympic National Park. ITM will be needed at all noted locations, however, ONLY 5 LOCATIONS will need both fire and security monitoring. The period of performance will be 8/15/2024 through 8/14/2025, with up to a possible four additional option years. Please see attachments for details. Type of Contract: The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order to a single vendor as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs. Quoter submitting quote shall guarantee their pricing for a period of 90 days from solicitation closing date. SAM Requirement: Your company must be registered as a small business in System for Award Management (SAM) for NAICS 561621 at the time of quote submittal, at award, and through the entire contract performance and final payment.
