This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 (effective 01/22/2024). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541990-All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services (includes fire extinguisher testing and/or inspection), with an associated small business size standard of $19.5M. This solicitation is for a service (not construction), is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor/vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. ***DESCRIPTION: The work consists of the following: Conduct testing and inspection services on portable fire extinguishers (or PFEs); the majority of the PFEs are type ABC (i.e. multipurpose) and the remaining are water extinguishers within Mount Rainier National Park (MORA). The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the inspection, testing and possible disposal. This does not include PFE replacement or purchase.
