The National Park Service, CON OPS West, Olympic Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Road Striping project for Olympic National Park (OLYM) in Port Angeles, WA. Work consists of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for the preparation (street sweeping and other required pavement preparation) and all traffic control to complete the re-painting of roads and parking lots. We anticipate that work would begin in June/July 2024. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 1408324B0001 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $500,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by late June 2024. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Clallam County, WA will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: will be addressed in the official solicitation North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 237310, and the size standard is $45 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued and available late May 2024 and will be posted to the Contract Opportunities/SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities .
