In accordance with FAR 6.305(a) and (b), this is a Special Notice announcing a sole source award was issued 8/26/23 for contractor to restore wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal service to Hurricane Ridge to support temporary restrooms on a year-round basis. Work at the site includes replacement of the wastewater control panel; electrical modifications needed to re-establish service and functionality; and all associated trenching, conduit, electrical conductors, and sewer pipe required to restore wastewater service for temporary restroom facilities.
