The Product Service Code (PSC) is J088 - Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment - Live Animals. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor/vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide shelter, water, food, and care for 8 to 12 equines between 130 and 180 calendar days from date they are delivered/dropped off (approx. 4 to 6 months). This is currently an unfunded requirement with a high expectation that funds will be available. When and if funds become available a contract will be awarded at that time.
