The National Park Service (NPS) has a requirement for a single vendor/contractor to remove asphalt and cinders piles at Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve (CRMO). See Attachment 1, Scope of Work for specification details. This solicitation is 100% total small business set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor/contractor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910. The small business size standard is $19 million in average annual receipts. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The estimated Period of Performance is two weeks from the Notice to Proceed, with completion approximately early September 2023.
