This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the National Park Service, to c provide conservation treatment and stabilization of glass plate negatives from the Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve (EBLA) museum collection by a qualified conservator. All objects are located at EBLA on Whidbey Island, Coupeville, WA. This Amendment no. 1 is necessary to include Q&A for all interested parties. Attachment no. 5, "Questions and Answers Round One" is added to the solicitation. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION shall be submitted in writing by email to Sue_Mayo@nps.gov. When submitting a question, please include the solicitation number 140P8323Q0005 in the subject line of the email. HOW TO SUBMIT QUOTE: Full instructions on what to include in quote are in Section 05 in Attachment no. 1. Quote shall be submitted by email to Sue_Mayo@nps.gov. Reference solicitation number 140P8323Q0005 in the subject line of the email. It is the Quoter's responsibility to ensure that the entire quote package submitted is fully received. Interested parties are urged to check for additional amendments prior to the posted response date. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
