This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the National Park Service, Mount Rainier National Park, for a contractor/vendor to produce, deliver and install topo relief map models. This Amendment no. 04 is necessary to provide a revised version of the Topo Relief Map Plans. REVISED ATTACHMENT 3 NOW REPLACED BY ATTACHMENT 12. The Topo Relief Map Plans document that was previously included as Attachment no. 3 is revised and replaced by Attachment no. 11. Page 3 of the original document has been completely removed and the new version is 2 pages instead of 3. REMINDER: Acknowledge all solicitation amendments in quote. See item 5.2 in Attachment 10. REMINDER: Quotes are due by 5pm PDT on Thursday, August 18, 2022. DESCRIPTION: Produce, Deliver, and Install three relief map models, three brass models, and supporting content and structures based on the attached plans. Installation is in the Longmire Wilderness Information Center, the Henry M. Jackson Visitor Center at Paradise, and the Sunrise Visitor Center, all located inside Mount Rainier National Park (MORA), Longmire, WA. Work also includes contractor/vendor hosting four meetings and providing deliverables as detailed in the Scope of Work. Refer to Attachments no. 2-Scope of Work and 3-Topo Relief Map Model Plans, for full details of this requirement. Vendor will coordinate delivery and installation with a designated point of contact which will be provided after award.
