This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the National Park Service, Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. The work of this contract involves the basic project that is fully funded and optional work that is subject to availability of funds. Base project is to repaint pavement markings in the waterfront parking lots located at 111 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver WA 98661. Optional Work, Options A through C, are to repaint pavement markings in three different sections in the Maintenance Parking Lot located at 501 East 5th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98661. Site map and photos of all parking lot areas is in Attachment no. 6. This Amendment 02 is necessary to correct the response date that was in SAM.gov as 7/29/22 which conflicted with Amendment 01 SF-30 that stated a response date of 8/9/22. This Amendment 02 extends the response date by 3 business days, changed from "5pm (PDT) on August 9, 2022" to "4pm (PDT) on August 12, 2022." This is the final change to the response date. All quotes shall be submitted by email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov by 4pm (PDT) on August 12, 2022. Amendment no. 01 was necessary to announce a change to the scheduled site visit date. Site visit was changed to Friday, July 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm (PDT). PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED and telephone requests, email requests, or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. The submittal process will begin as soon as possible thereafter, including a pre-construction meeting. The target work period is August to October 2022. Quoter shall include their proposed project schedule/timeline as part of quote. OTHER INFO. This project is being solicited and awarded as a total (100%) Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with an associated small business size standard of $39.5 million. The magnitude of construction for this project is less than $25,000. A single firm-fixed price construction contract will be awarded as a result of the solicitation.
