This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the National Park Service, Olympic National Park. The work of this contract consists of the replacement of the bituminous membrane roofing system on the Hopkins House in Olympic National Park, Port Angeles, WA. This Amendment no. 002 is necessary to extend the response date and incorporate two new attachments, listed as follows: This Amendment no. 02 is necessary to incorporate two attachments, listed as follows: - - Attachment no. 7, Site Visit Notes - - Attachment no. 8, Revised Forms to Submit with Quote. This new version of the document includes three separate price schedules for quoters to provide pricing on installing a bituminous roof system, installing an optional EPDM roof system, or installing an optional TPO roof system. Lead times of products may vary, and it was decided during the site visit that it would be best for the government to be able to consider all three roofing systems and choose one for award that's the best value. Quote should include product information for all three systems, manufacturer name, warranty period, lead time, Quoter's proposed schedule/timeline for roofing in August 2022. NOTE: The list of contractors that attended the site visit are included in Attachment no. 7. Use Attachment no. 8, Revised Forms to Submit with Quote, instead of Attachment no. 3 Attachment no. 8 replaces Attachment no. 3. RESPONSE DATE IS EXTENDED by 2 hours, changed from 5pm to 7pm (PDT) on Wednesday, July 20, 2022. Submit quote electronically by emailing to phaedra_fuller@nps.gov.
