Also, the short term dates and price schedule has been changed. The National Park Service (NPS), San Juan Island National Historic Park (SAJH) intends on making a Firm Fixed Priced, Simplified Acquisition (FAR Part 13), Best Value Award for Temporary Housing Rentals. This RFQ and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 and the NAICS code is 531110, Lessors of Residential Buildings and Dwellings. The description of this requirement is noted in the clause section for the Short-Term Rentals of Residential Real Property in or near the town of Friday Harbor on San Juan Island, WA. The space is to be used to meet a temporary increase in demand for park housing for seasonal program personnel (interns). NPS is seeking to rent the residential space for occupancy in April (1st) and May (15th) for a term of 6-8 months, not to exceed 364 days. See description of requirements attached.
