To qualify as a small business under NAICS 483211, the firm must be organized as for-profit with fewer than 750 employees. Prior to the solicitation closing date and time, the prime contractor's (quoter's) registration status must be "Active" at www.SAM.gov. Prospective quoters must visit SAM.gov periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the contract documents; no notifications will be sent. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the National Park Service.
