This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06/7-12-2021. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52. The solicitation number is 140P8321Q0089 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 333618, Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing with an associated Size standard in number of employees $1,500. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://sam.gov/content/home DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service (NPS), North Cascades National Park (NOCA) has a requirement for replacement of a Gasoline Engine on an NPS owned boat with brand name or equal to a 300HP Outboard 2021Suzuki DF300AP engine. The project entails the purchase, removal and installation of the boat's engine with a new marine grade engine in accordance with requirements and specifications set forth in this Scope of Work (SOW). PRICE SCHEDULE. The price quoted should detail pricing per the table(s) below and shall include a total price and shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and shipping, required to complete the requirement by this contract. Also submit your quoted amount on the SF-18. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions, Clauses and Provisions necessary to complete the work.
