No further changes have been made. Request for Quotations #140P8321Q0061 is being requested to replace doors at the Visitor Center in accordance with the attached construction document. The Contractor shall provide all materials, installation and management, labor, transportation, payment bond, insurance, administrative and other services to complete the proposed project. PROJECT LOCATION: Whitman Mission National Historic Site (WHMI), Walla Walla County, in Walla Walla, Washington. SITE VISIT: August 25, 2021 at 11:30am Pacific. See Section L for site visit information. TARGET WORK DATES: On-site work will occur approximately mid to late October 2021. The contractor will have 30 days after issuance of the notice to proceed to bring the project to substantial completion. DETAILS: The NAICS code for this project is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors and the small business size standard is $16.5 million, average annual gross receipts for the past five years. All work will be performed under a single firm-fixed-price construction contract subject to the Contract Wage (Construction) Statute. Stated in the range established by FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is $25,000 and $100,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the National Park Service, however quoters who have not established and/or maintained an active registration at www.SAM.gov prior to the due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. A payment bond and Liability insurance will be required prior to contract performance. Prospective quoters will be required to visit beta.sam.gov periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the contract documents; no other notifications will be sent. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. It is the policy of the Government to provide maximum practicable opportunities in its acquisitions to small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns.
