The National Park Service, Request for Quotations# 140P8321Q0056 requires re-roofing of the Visitor Center at the Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve (CRMO) in accordance with the attached construction documents. The Contractor shall provide all materials, installation, management, labor, transportation, payment bond, insurance and administrative and other services to complete the proposed project. Target work period is autumn 2021. PROJECT LOCATION: Craters of the Moon, Visitor Center, 1266 Craters Loop Road, Arco, ID 83212. Location if off of Idaho State Highway 93. All work will be performed under a single firm fixed-price construction contract subject to the Wage Rate Requirements (Construction), formerly known as the Davis Bacon Act. Per the general price ranges established in FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238160, Roofing Contracting with a corresponding size standard of $16.5 million in average annual gross receipts for the past three years. This is a best value procurement set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR 19.5. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. The Contractor is responsible for periodically checking the website for any amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFP.
