The National Park Service (NPS), North Coast and Cascades Network, has a requirement for identification of zooplankton for the bioassessment and monitoring of piscicide application and long-term ecological monitoring of lakes in four NPS areas in the Pacific Northwest. This RFQ is set-aside for small businesses, NAICS 541380, Testing Laboratories, Environmental/ Biological, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million, average annual gross receipts for the past five years. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible quoter whose total quote is the most advantageous for the Government, price and other factors considered. ***** Details are in the Request for Quotations (RFQ, file named Sol_140P8321Q0052) and Attachment 1, Statement of Work. A Service Contract Act wage determination is provided as Attachment 2. ***** Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to sarah_welch@nps.gov. Answers will be provided in writing to the requester, if the answer is already within the solicitation (RFQ) or provided in amendment (s) to the RFQ. All amendments will be posted to the beta.SAM website at https://www.beta.SAM.gov under Contract Opportunities #140P8321Q0052. Prospective quoters will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents; no other notifications will be sent. ***** All eligible responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the National Park Service, however offerors who have not established and/or maintained an active registration at www.SAM.gov prior to the offer due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
