This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05/3-10-2021. The solicitation number is 140P8321Q0019 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services with an associated small business size standard of $19.50 million. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://www.sam.gov/ with the NAICS code 561720. The National Park Service (NPS), Nez Perce National Historic Park (NEPE) has a requirement for the janitorial services in four sperate sites on the park grounds in Idaho and Oregon. Period of Performance: Base and Four Option Year Periods beginning May 01, 2021 (estimate). Please of Performance: Nez Perce National Historic Park in the following Idaho and Oregon sites: Canoe Camp Site, Heart of the Monster Site, White Bird Battlefield Site and Joseph Canyon Overlook Site.
