This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52. The solicitation number is 140P8321Q0015 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 238330, Flooring Installation with an associated small business size standard of $16.5 million. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://www.sam.gov/ with the NAICS code 238330. DESCRIPTION. Contractor shall remove and replace all carpeting as noted in the Scope of Work for the National Park Service (NPS), Whitman Mission Historical Park, Visitor Center (VC) in Walla Walla, Washington. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP). Performance of this contract will begin 30 days after receiving award. Estimate Period of Performance for service: April 19, 2021 to May 21, 2021. The Contracting Officer¿s Representative (COR) will schedule with the contractor the start date and time. ATTACHMENTS FOR THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Note, certain time slots will be made for each contractor due to COVID-19 restrictions. All contractor¿s will be required to wear a mask in federal buildings and follow local county restrictions. A) On the SF-18, Provide Brand of Carpet and Trim. Provide the specifications of the items quoted; B) Provide 2 completed projects for experience and all information noted. -Submit either the filled out reps/certs provision 52.212-3 manually or note that you have completed the representations and certifications in SAM.
