Request for Quotations: 140P8320Q0068 Roofing Materials This RFQ is being issued for the purchase of Roofing Materials (Cedar Shingles, and Cedar Ridge Capping), for the Rosemary Inn Lodge at Lake Crescent, Olympic National Park. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2020-07 dated 07-02-2020) and is reserved for small businesses, NAICS Code 321113 Sawed Lumber made in Sawmills with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Government intends to make a Firm Fixed Price, Simplified Acquisition (FAR Part 13), Best Value Award to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned businesses. Interested quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. A current project requires the use of Roofing Materials (cedar shingles, and cedar ridge capping), the intent of this solicitation is to procure a quantity of roofing materials at a firm fixed price for restoration and repairs to the Rosemary Inn Lodge at Lake Crescent to occur during the summer season.
